Section 75
Forfeiture of bail
(1) According to this paragraph, if the person who has given bond does not appear before the court on the specified date, the bond given by him will be forfeited.
(2) If the security given in accordance with this paragraph is immovable property, such person shall sell or collect the property equal to the amount to be paid and return the other property to him.
